GHAZNI CITY (Pajhwok): More than 80 enmities among people have been resolved this year thanks to mediation of tribal elders, government officials and religious scholars in southern Ghazni province, an official said on Sunday.
Border and Tribal Affairs head Maulvi Jan Mohammad Momin told Pajhwok Afghan News that the conflicts between tribes and people in Ghazni City and districts had surfaced over land ownership, pastures, personal problems and murders.
He said 11 enmities had resulted from murders and 17 people had been injured and the rest were cases of beatings and all of them were resolved.
