Man who killed minor boy arrested in Khost

KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): A man who allegedly killed a minor seminary student seven months ago has been arrested in southeastern Khost province, police said on Monday.

In a statement, the police headquarters said the Crimes Department personnel arrested the individual who killed an eight-year-old boy with stones in Atman village of Tanio district seven months ago.

It said the arrested suspect’s case would be handed over to judicial organs for further investigation.

The suspect was detained after seven months of efforts by security forces during an operation.
