KABUL (Pajhwok): At least five members of a family have been killed and two others injured after a hill collapsed onto a house in western Badghis province.
In a statement, the governor’s office said the incident occurred on Friday night in the Baghaki area of Qala-i-Naw city.
It added that a soil mound collapsed onto two rooms of a residential house, killing five women from the same family, all of them memorizers of the Holy Quran, and injuring two others.
