KABUL has been busted in southeastern Paktia province, the Afghan spy service said on Friday.
The quartet had been complicit in terrorist activities in Gardez, the provincial capital, a statement from the National Directorate of Security (NDS) said.
Intelligence operatives detained one would-be suicide bomber before he reached his target, according to the statement, which said nothing about the three others.
The men had confessed to their involvement in terrorist attacks, the NDS said, adding landmines, rocket-propelled grenades, hand grenades, explosives and ammunition were seized.
