Maulavi Kabir: All govt bodies must focus on economy

KABUL (Pajhwok): Acting prime minister Maulavi Abdul Kabir has urged all government bodies to focus on strengthening the country’s economy and on implementation of basic projects.

The Government Media and Information Center (GMIC) wrote in its tweet Maulvi Kabir met with Qari Din Mohammad Hanif, the Acting Minister of Economy.

Qari Hanif said his ministry had included basic programs in its work plan for sustainable development, economic stability and for better management of humanitarian aid in the country.

Maulawi Abdul Kabir said the focus of all bodies of the government should be on strengthening the country's economy and implementing basic projects so that the general public could benefit more.

Abdul Kabir added: "The government of Islamic Emirate is in the practical stage of strengthening the economy, rebuilding institutions and fighting hunger and poverty in the country, which must be successful."
