FEROZKOH (Pajhwok): The Municipality of Ferozkoh City, the capital of western Ghor province, has collected over 18 million afs revenue in the past six months and asked the officials to cooperate by submitting property and cleanliness fees.
Addressing a meeting Ferozkoh Mayor Maulvi Aminullah Sharifi said they had collected over 18 million afs in revenue in the past six months.
“Municipality’s revenue is from the nation's budget and is used for the reconstruction of urban infrastructure for the convenience of the citizens, the department tries to provide the best services to residents and this institution accounts for every rupee of revenue,” he added.
Sharifi asked people to respect the culture of urbanism and cooperate with the department to better implement the projects.
Governor’s representative Maulvi Moqim Agha appreciated the efforts of municipality for providing timely services and convenience to residents and said local department will be always with this institution for better implementation of infrastructure projects.
Also, he urged residents to cooperate with municipality by paying taxes and cleaning up their properties so that the department could implement effective projects for them.
