کابل (پژواک، ۲۳ ثور ۱۴۰۴): کارشناسان بین‌المللی امنیت غذایی می‌گویند، اگر اسرائیل به محاصرهٔ غزه پایان ندهد و عملیات نظامی را متوقف نکند، مردم این منطقه با قحطی شدید روبه‌رو خواهند شد.

اسوشیتید پرس امروز در گزارشی گفته‌است، کارشناسان بین‌المللی امنیت غذایی دیروز (دوشنبه) هشدار داده‌اند، اگر اسرائیل به تحریم‌های خود پایان ندهد و عملیات نظامی را متوقف نسازد، مردم در نوار غزه با قحطی مواجه خواهند شد.

منبع به نقل از این کارشناسان نگاشته‌است که نزدیک به نیم میلیون فلسطینی‌ها با گرسنگی شدید مواجه اند و یک میلیون دیگر به غذای کافی دسترسی ندارند.

این گروه گفته‌اند: «اگر شرایط تغییر نکند، خطر شدید قحطی وجود دارد.»

بربنیاد این گزارش، حدود ۲،۳ میلیون نفوس غزه اکنون به‌گونۀ کامل وابسته به کمک‌های خارجی هستند.

این در حالی است، جنبش حماس اعلام کرده‌است که ادان الکساندر، زندانی امریکایی – اسرائیلی را به منظور پیشبرد تلاش‌ها برای دستیابی به توافق آتش‌بس در غزه و فراهم‌سازی زمینۀ ورود کمک‌های بشردوستانه به این منطقه، آزاد کرده‌است.
