BAMYAN (Pajhwok): The electoral laws should determine punishment for those committing fraud and rigging in the elections, a member of the Bamyan provincial council said on Thursday.
Abdul Hamid Benawa, Bamyan provincial council member, expressed these views in a meeting with the delegation of the electoral reforms commission.
He said access to polling stations should be similar in far-flung areas and towns since it was difficult for people to commute long ways due to mountainous nature in Bamyan.
