MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): The education career of as many as 138,000 students remains in quandary as security situation could not be fully restored in northern Kunduz province.
Officials at the education department say 119 schools were active before Taliban captured Kuduz City, the provincial capital, and these schools could not be reopened despite government claims the city has been cleared of Taliban.
