KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): The governor of southeastern Khost province on Sunday urged the youth to use technology in a positive and productive way and avoid its negative utilisation.
Hukam Khan Habibi was addressing a graduation ceremony for hundreds of students who graduated from computer science and English language courses at Lincoln Social and Training Centre in Khost City, the provincial capital.
Habibi said the Afghan youth should have enough information about the modern technology in order they could compete with other nations.
