LASHKARGAH (Pajhwok): Only 60 percent of high school graduates on Wednesday appeared in the university entry test (Kankoor) in southern Helmand province, officials said.
More than 2500 students completed high school Helmand this year but only 1062 of them sat the exam due to security reasons, provincial education director, Abdul Matin Jafar, said.
“Most of the students could not participate in the Kankoor test only for security reason,” he said.
