In a statement, the HPC said a delegation of peace experts from Ireland has been visiting Kabul.
A meeting with the experts was attended by HPC deputy head Habiba Sorabi and a delegation she led besides the Hizb-i-Islami negotiation delegation and members of the joint commission on implementation of the government-HIA peace agreement.
European Union ambassador to Afghanistan Franz-Michael Mellbin also attended the meeting, the HPC statement . . .
