PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): Primitive traditions and security problems have led to a 13 percent cut in the number of women serving in different government departments in central Logar provinces.
Many women, despite having professional qualifications, could not work in government offices for security reasons, some females complained, asking the authorities to resolve their problems.
On the other hand, local officials claimed the number of women workers had increased in provincial government departments.
