KABUL (Pajhwok): The European Union (EU) and its member state Norway have called for the timely conclusion of investigation into gross human rights violations by Vice President Gen. Abdul Rashid Dostum.
In a statement on Thursday, the EU demnded a fair trail for Dostum, stressing due process of law. It said there must be no impunity for the former warlord.
