HERAT CITY (Pajhwok): Administrative chief of the Adraskan district of western Herat province on Saturday said at least eight schools in his district were dysfunctional due to a shortage of teachers.
Mohammad Mawdod Chishti told a press conference here the education process in Adraskan district faced two major challenges --- lack of teachers and teaching materials --- among others.
