JALALABAD (Pajhwok): The Nangarhar education director says interference in the education sector is intolerable and no one will be allowed to middle in his affairs.
Hasibullah Shinwari, the newly-appointed as director, told Pajhwok Afghan News about 902 schools existed in the province. Fifty-five of them are without buildings, boundary walls and other facilities.
Around 820,000 students, including 350,000 girls, were enrolled in these schools, he said, adding anti-corruption efforts were underway.
