An Iranian newspaper reported on Tuesday Khorasan Governor Mohammad Mahdi Moravej al-Sharie inked the MoU with his Farah counterpart Abdul Basir Salangi in Birjand on Monday.
Both sides agreed to constitute economic, cultural-social and border security commissions, according to The Tehran Times. Birjand and Farah will also set up a joint chamber of commerce.
