KABUL (Pajhwok): President Ashraf Ghani on Monday said the vacuum created by lack of capacity and bad governance in municipalities had led to urban and citizenship crisis.
The president expressed these views during the third meeting of Afghanistan mayors in the Presidential Palace.
He said city and citizenship was an important issue for the Afghans but regretfully lack of capacity and bad governance in municipalities as well as incomplete and faulty projects had created urban and citizenship crisis . . .
