KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): Khost governor Hukam Khan Habibi and lawmaker Humanyun Humanyun exchanged harsh words over the missing of Abdul Jabbar Qahraman’s picture from a fateha ceremony here on Wednesday, witnesses said.
