KABUL cadets are undergoing training in Turkey’s central province of Sivas, a media report says.
Turkey and Afghanistan have signed an agreement on the training and capacity-building of the Afghan National Police (ANP).
Under the memorandum of understanding, 168 Afghan women cadets are currently being trained at the Police Vocational Education Centre in Sivas.
