PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): Local officials on Sunday said one million trees would be planted in northern Baghlan province this spring in the name of peace.
Baghlan governor Abdulhai Niamati, who inaugurated the tree plantation drive today, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the drive would be executed across the country as per orders of the president to spread the message of peace to every corner of Afghanistan.
