KABUL (Pajhwok): The Evaluation Delegation has declared two construction companies as joint winner of the Khost Airport Construction Project, but the High Procurement Commission awarded the contract to one of the two firms, Pajhwok Afghan News has learnt.
According to documents, the airport’s Terminal and Vehicle Parking construction project was advertised on May 19, 2018 and its bidding process opened on July 27 this year.
