KABUL (Pajhwok): The voting and plans’ interpretation program of individuals seeking membership of the two electoral bodies kicked off in the presence of presidential candidates at the Presidential Palace on Friday.
The program, which is aired live on the state-run television, started at about 8:15am this morning and would continue until the end of the day.
The aspirants would explain their working plans for reforms in the electoral bodies before they were voted by the presidential candidates to become members of the electoral bodies . . .
