KABUL or Senate chairman Fazl Hadi Muslimyar on Sunday called for solution to lawmakers’ dispute over electing the speaker of the lower house, saying the issue persistence had paralyzed legislation.
About one and a half months back, after inauguration of the Wolesi Jirga, lawmakers Mir Rahman Rahmani, Mirwais Yasini, Kamal Naser Osuli and Omar Nasir contested for the speaker post.
