Deputy Defense Minister Yasin Zia, Helmand Governor Brig. Gen. Mohammad Yasin Khan, Helmand police chief Isahmudin Helmandi and 215th Corps Commander Brig. Gen. Abdul Hadi Tharin were present at the meeting.
