KABUL’s new president would be sworn within three weeks, the incumbent head of state said on Saturday.
“In three weeks from now, the new president will take oath based on the free vote of the people,” Ghani told a ceremony here.
The ceremony at the Presidential Palace marked distribution of 1,000 apartments to members of the security forces.
