KABUL Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on Wednesday said the allies agreed on a new action plan to step up efforts in the fight against terrorism.
Speaking following the head of states meeting of North Atlantic Council, Stoltenberg said all allies remained committed to fighting against ISIS and the training mission in Afghanistan and Iraq.
We also had a substantive discussion about Russia, and the future of arms control. He add.
