KABUL or upper house of parliament on Tuesday questioned the escape of illegal armed group commander Nizamuddin Qaisari from security forces siege and criticized the way the operation was carried out on his house in Mazar-i-Sharif.
Qaisari, a representative of First Vice President Gen. Abdul Rashid in the affairs of uprising forces in Faryab province, was arrested in July last year and released after three months in jail in December 2018.
