PUL-i-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): Farmers in northern Baghlan province say they sell their products at a low price due to lack of proper management in the field of agriculture.
Abdul Jamil, a grower in Pul-i-Khumri City, told Pajhwok Afghan News that he annually cultivated tomato, onion, fresh vegetables and watermelons, but received no profit.
“We the farmers strive a lot on cultivation every year but their prices go very low during the harvest time and as a result we face losses,” he added.
