KABUL Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has welcomed progress towards start of intra-Afghan peace negotiations.
The NATO chief tweeted: “I spoke to President Ashraf Ghani and Dr. Abdullah to welcome the upcoming start of intra-Afghan talks.”
