Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, addressing a news briefing in Islamabad on Tuesday, looked hopeful about the Afghan talks beginning soon.
He said: “After talks with the Taliban delegation, I’m optimistic of progress in the near future, despite the presence of spoilers. Hopefully, a way out would be found.”
