KABUL negotiators say the procedure for intra-Afghan negotiations will be finalised soon.
In a joint statement, Taliban’s political office spokesman Dr. Naeem and the government negotiating team’s member Nader Naderi said a meeting was held between the two sides late on Sunday.
“The meeting between the negotiating teams involving all members took place at 4:30pm. Head of both delegations delivered detailed opening remarks. There is agreement on key rules and procedure,” Naderi tweeted.
