FARAH (Pajhwok): Some women, female students of seminaries and schools on Tuesday staged a rally to announce their support for the incumbent regime and stressed protection of their rights under Sharia Law.
Laila, one of the rally participants, said: “We never supported democracy and western values, we fully support the rule of Islamic laws in the country.”
She added Islam has given women rights and there should be no worries in this regard because women have the right to work, to do business and other activities in Islamic Sharia Law.
