KABUL (Pajhwok): Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) has prepared a plan based on which traders would be able to transfer money through commercial banks using Telegraphic Transfer (TT) method.
After the fall of Kabul into the control of Taliban on August 15, all banks in the country closed for some time. Now a person cannot withdraw more than 20,000 or $200 Afghanis in a week, a matter that has created problems for people, particularly business people.
