KABUL (Pajhwok): The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has said the lack of cash in Afghanistan is the main problem causing economic and humanitarian crisis.
ICRC head Eloi Fillion during an interview with CNN said: “The main problem today is the lack of cash in the country at all levels of the society, the private sector and the public sector. And whoever is in charge doesn’t make much of a difference.”
