KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has acknowledged that pensions of over32,000 retired military and civilian service members has been pending due to the implementation of new reforms.
Some retired service members have complained about the non-payment of their privileges in the current solar year.
Mohammad Edress, not a real name, a retired service member of the Ministry of Commerce told Pajhwok Afghan News his pension was pending.
