KABUL (Pajhwok): A delegation of the Ministry of Water and Power will travel to Iran tomorrow (Tuesday) for talks on implementation of the "spirit and text" of Afghanistan's water agreement with Iran.
Dr. Farooq Azam, advisor to the Ministry of Water and Power, wrote on his Twitter account that he was going to Tehran with a professional delegation to implement the "spirit and text" of the Afghanistan-Iran agreement on the Helmand River. “We will draw their (Iranian officials) attention towards their responsibilities.”
