KABUL (Pajhwok): A delegation from Uzbekistan headed by National Security and Foreign Policy Advisor Abdul Aziz Kamelove on Sunday called on Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi and both sides discussed bilateral ties and matters related to trade and transit.
Muttaqi hailed Uzbekistan’s political, economic and humanitarian support to Afghanistan and said a best environment of neighborhood existed between the two nations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
Muttaqi said an Afghan commerce ministry delegation will visit Uzbekistan to discuss strengthening trade and transit ties between the two countries.
