PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): US Special Representative for Afghanistan (SRA) Thomas West has arrived in Islamabad for talks on the situation in Afghanistan.
The visiting diplomat is due to meet Pakistan Foreign Secretary Dr Asad Majeed Khan and Special Representative for Afghanistan Ambassador Sadiq Khan, an official told Pajhwok Afghan News.
He said Pakistan’s Charge d’ Affaires to Afghanistan Ubaidur Rehman Nizamani was still in Islamabad, awaiting improved security in Kabul.
