KABUL (Pajhwok): The Teachers Training Department was dissolved during the previous government, but still it cost millions of afghanis annually, the Ministry of Education (MoE) said on Thursday.
According to a report of Pajhwok Afghan News, the MoE has abolished all structures of teachers training bodies, saying their workers will be absorbed in similar bodies of the ministry.
The MoE in a statement said the Department of Teachers’ Training was dissolved from the ministry’s structure by the previous government, while all its provincial structures remained without any plan.
