KABUL (Pajhwok): No article of past constitutions has been based on Quranic teachings, the Sunnah or the Hanafi school of thought, but the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) is now Islamising all laws, the acting minister of justice says.
Abdul Hakim Sharaee, the acting minister of justice, told Pajhwok Afghan News: “Political parties have no basis in Shariah and do not benefit the nation. The nation also does not want them. Past experiences have shown these political parties were the main reason for the destruction of the nation.”
