Pamir Cola starts exports to France, Russia: Mujahid

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Pamir Cola Group of Companies started exporting its high quality products to France and Russia on Sunday, a government spokesman said.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid wrote on his X handle about the export of Pamir Cola products to France: “The packages contain various fruit juices, soft drinks and other products.”

He said the products exported to France had been produced with high-quality by Pamir Cola group of companies and the development would strengthen the country’s industry.

About the exports to Turkey, Mujahid said: “These materials include all standard and high-quality products that the country's industrial companies produce at a very good standard and brought a great change in the economic horizon of the country. We will turn Afghanistan into an exporting country.”

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has also made similar statement, but provided no further details.

It comes more than a month after pomegranate juice were exported to America for the first time.
