KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Transportation and Civil Aviation on Saturday forecast 10mm to 30mm heavy rain, lighting and flooding in 14 provinces of the country.
In a statement, the MoTCA said there was a possibility of heavy rain, lighting, and flooding in Nuristan, Kunar, Laghman, Panjshir, Kapisa, Baghlan, Bamyan, Parwan, Nangarhar, Kabul, Maidan Wardak, Logar, Paktia and Khost including Salang.
According to the source, strong windstorms also predicted in most parts of the country.
