KABUL (Pajhwok): International charity Doctors Without Borders (MSF)’s country representative in Afghanistan Filipe Ribeiro says they provided health services to about 700,000 people in Afghanistan this year.
Deputy Foreign Minister Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai met with Filipe Ribeiro, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) said in a statement.
It quoted Ribeiro talking about MSF general goals, activities, work areas and services provided in Afghanistan.
He said: "We have provided health services in various fields to 700,000 Afghans in the current solar year and we are happy and thankful to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan for its cooperation . . .
