KABUL (Pajhwok): The cooking oil price increased during the outgoing week in Kabul, but the rate of food items remained unchanged, market sources said Saturday.

Zmarai Safi, head of the Food Traders’ Association, said the price of a 16-liter tin of Malaysian cooking oil increased from 1,400afs to 1,420afs during the outgoing week in Kabul.
But, the rate of a 49-kilogram sack of Indian sugar stayed stable at 2,900afs, the price of a 49-kilogram sack of Kazakhstani flour at 1,500afs.
