TIRINKOT (Pajhwok): Eight recently-built greenhouses have been inaugurated in central Uruzgan province, an official said on Saturday.
Governor Mohammad Nazir Kharoti, at the inauguration ceremony, told Pajhwok Afghan News the facilities had been built in different areas of the provincial capital.
He said the construction of the greenhouses had cost 29 million afghanis paid by the World Bank. Uruzgan’s residents are mostly reliant on farming and projects would help boost their income
