PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): The Taliban have closed 39 girls and boys schools in the Mohammad Agha district of central Logar province, an official said on Saturday.
Education Department Spokesman Shapour Arab told Pajhwok Afghan News the Taliban closed the doors of these schools in different areas of the district and warned if the government tried to reopen them the schools would set on fire.
