MAZAR-I-SHARIF (Pajhwok): Two factories producing poultry feed and cooking oil costing $8 million in investment have been opened in northern Balkh province, officials said Monday.
Agriculture Minister Nasir Ahmad Durrani during his trip to Balkh province inaugurated the two factories.
A statement from the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL) received by Pajhwok Afghan News said the factories were launched by Mufid Group of Industries Company by investing $8 million.
