FAIZABAD (Pajhwok): The number of women employees in government institutions has increased in northeastern Badakhshan province in recent years, a statement said on Thursday.
Currently, 17 percent of employees in government departments are women, but a small number held key posts compared to men, the provincial Department of Women Affairs said in the statement.
