KABUL (Pajhwok): The administrative chief of Syedabad district in central Maidan Wardak province was killed in capital Kabul late on Tuesday, according to a statement.
District Chief Amir Mohammad Malakzai was killed on Tuesday afternoon in Khoshal Khan Locality situated in the limits of 5th Police District, a statement from the Governor Office said.
Governor Lawang Faizan expressed deep concern over the killing of Malakzai and called him a true service member of the country.
Kabul Police have not spoken in this regard.
